ONE-TO-ONE COACHING FOR NEURODIVERGENT ADULTS
You’ve spent years trying to understand why.
It’s time to understand what to do next.
MindBridge helps you move from insight to action.
✓ One difficult moment turns into hours of self-criticism.
✓ You replay conversations long after they’re end.
✓ You keep repeating the same patterns in relationships, communication, or boundaries.
✓ You wonder why changing feels so much harder than simply understanding.
✓ You understand your Autism or ADHD…
…but still don’t know what to do with that understanding.
And you're not broken.
Your coaching experience is personalized, but these are some of the areas we most commonly explore.
Identify the beliefs, emotional reactions, and habits that keep you feeling stuck so you can begin responding with greater intention.
Express what you mean, ask for what you need, and navigate misunderstandings without losing yourself in the process.
Create space between what happens and what you do next so your responses reflect your values—not just old survival patterns.
Transform self-awareness into practical strategies that work with your life and your brain.
You don’t need another generic checklist telling you what you should be doing.
MindBridge helps you understand the problem beneath the problem — what your mind is doing, what your nervous system is anticipating, and what beliefs may be shaping your response.
Then we find strategies that work with your brain, instead of asking you to behave like someone you’re not.
I will also invite you to think, reflect, practice, and take increasing ownership of what comes next.
MindBridge is a month-to-month coaching program at $500 per month. Thirty days’ written notice is required to cancel.
✓ Questions that help you see what you may be missing
✓ Compassionate honesty without shame or judgment
✓ Strategies personalized to you and your brain
✓ Practical next steps for everyday life
✓ Help turning insight into action
✓ Respect for your autonomy and lived experience
Brian brings two decades of coaching experience to MindBridge, along with something equally important: lived experience.
He has AuDHD. He has raised three AuDHD sons to adulthood and knows firsthand what it’s like to have a mind capable of deep insight while struggling with working memory, initiation, emotional intensity, communication, and the demands of everyday life.
His role isn’t to stand above you as the person with all the answers.
It’s to help you understand what’s happening, why it’s happening, and what becomes possible when you learn to work with yourself instead of constantly fighting yourself.
Includes up to two private 30-minute coaching sessions each week, based on your needs, plus between-session support and access to selected MindBridge lessons and resources.
Scheduled one-on-one coaching sessions with Brian.
A coaching focus built around your goals, patterns, and priorities.
Reflection exercises or digital worksheets when they’re useful.
Action steps developed during your sessions so insight doesn't stop at understanding.
Access to selected lessons and coaching resources that support your work.
Access to Brian’s BRAVE Process Course.
Community access when included with your coaching plan.
Brief communication for clarification, updates, and sharing progress.
Between-session communication is there for brief updates, clarification, and sharing progress.
MindBridge is a coaching relationship, not therapy, nor crisis intervention, nor emergency mental health care, nor an emergency-response service.
Messaging is not intended for immediate emotional regulation, ongoing processing by text, or urgent support.
Messages are answered during designated business hours within the response window outlined in your coaching agreement.
When something needs more time and attention, we’ll bring it into a scheduled coaching session where we can give it the space it deserves.
You don’t need to have everything figured out before you begin. We’ll take it one step at a time.
Tell Brian what you want to work on, what you’ve already tried, and what you hope will change.
Leave each session with a question to consider, an experiment to try, or a practical next step to put into practice.
Talk through your goals and expectations and determine whether MindBridge feels like the right fit for both of you.
Notice what’s helping, what isn’t, and what you’re learning so the coaching can evolve with you.
Together, you’ll identify the patterns and areas of life where coaching can make the greatest difference.
Use what you’re learning to trust yourself, navigate challenges more confidently, and rely less on outside support over time.
You don’t have to wait until you feel completely confident, organized, or certain.
You only need enough willingness to look honestly at what’s happening and take one meaningful step.
Lived experience. Questions. Curiosity. Honesty. Willingness to practice.
You don’t need to have the answers.
Curiosity, pattern recognition, compassionate honesty, and nearly two decades of experience helping neurodivergent people understand themselves and move forward.
MindBridge is $525 per month with no long-term commitment. The program continues month to month, and you may cancel with 30 days’ written notice.
